Product Manager

Own roadmap and discovery for core product areas. Turn customer problems into clear specs and shipped improvements in a fast-moving B2B product.

About the role

You'll help decide what Saga builds next and why. That means customer discovery, sharp problem framing, clear specs, and tight collaboration with engineering and design as features move from idea to launch.

What you'll do

  • Own prioritization for a meaningful slice of the product roadmap.
  • Talk to customers, synthesize feedback, and identify the highest-leverage problems.
  • Write clear product specs, success metrics, and scope that engineering can run with.
  • Drive launches end to end, including positioning, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
  • Stay close to early customers and translate their needs into product direction.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in product management for B2B software.
  • Track record shipping features in complex, workflow-heavy products.
  • Enough technical fluency to discuss architecture, integrations, and AI trade-offs credibly.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions.
  • Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products, search, or knowledge management tools.
